Director of Client ServicesAllison Darnell serves as Director of Client Services at Trellis Advisory, where she leads client relationships and helps coordinate financial, payroll, and operational support. She brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and business operations and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Allison is passionate about providing attentive, organized service that allows clients to focus more fully on their missions.

Founder & CEOAs an elder in the Presbyterian Church in America, Aaron understands the unique challenges churches and ministries face and has partnered with dozens across the country to strengthen their stewardship and strategy. He believes that business relationships are built on trust—earned through setting clear expectations and consistently exceeding them. With a passion for bringing clarity in complex situations, Aaron helps clients focus on advancing their mission while Trellis provides the expertise and support they need. His approach combines deep financial insight with a heart for ministry, ensuring that organizations thrive both operationally and missionaly.
Client Services Specialist
Leann Gage brings broad experience in accounting, financial reporting, tax, and financial operations to her work with Trellis Advisory. She holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Texas. Early in her career, she worked in large corporate treasury and finance roles, and more recently, while focusing on her family, she has served in financial leadership roles for churches and other non-profit entities. Leann is dedicated to helping organizations strengthen their financial practices and thoughtfully steward the resources entrusted to them.
